A Growing School Gets a More Robust Computer System

PROBLEM: The school was building a second campus and significantly expanding its student and faculty populations. The institution's existing technology could not accommodate their growing needs.

SOLUTION: RCS conducted an in-depth examination of how the school’s growth would affect its technology needs. RCS then designed and implemented a plan to provide the school with more robust and scalable systems, including rapid cross-campus communication, shared e-mail and enhanced financial and student databases. The systems implemented by RCS allow the school to take advantage of the efficiencies that come with its added size and scale. RCS continues to provide ongoing training for the school’s employees to ensure effective use of the new software.

RESULT: The school now successfully uses technology to help provide its students with a top-notch education and offers its staff and faculty the tools they need to do their work capably and efficiently.
