PROBLEM: The facility was expanding its operations and having difficulty determining which of several software products would best suit its growing needs in the areas of a) client treatment and b) regulatory reporting. 

SOLUTION: RCS performed a formal needs analysis, fully documented the client’s requirements, and then selected software products that filled all of the requirements. RCS also worked with the software vendors of the selected products to design and implement a link between the various applications. By doing so, RCS was able to eliminate the problem of duplicate data entry, saving time and improving data consistency.

RESULT: For the past 10 years, the products selected based on RCS' analysis and recommendations have served the agency well, allowing them to grow rapidly and adapt to ever-changing healthcare regulations.
